Position description:

Bainbridge is a major East Coast multi-family housing owner  and developer that is seeking an individual to be responsible for raising capital for various types of real estate acquisition and development transactions.  These may include single property deals, multi-property portfolios, and discretionary real estate funds.  Candidate must have a well established network with large institutions and/or high net worth individuals from which capital can be generated.  Extensive experience as the lead on capital raising projects is a must.

Qualifications:

Must have an entrepreneurial spirit

Should be motivated, aggressive, energetic, and be a self-starter; someone who is proactive and takes initiative to get the job done.

Must be polished and demonstrate a high level of maturity and self-confidence; someone who possesses an ability to interact in a value-added, professional manner with executive management.

Must have the highest ethical standards; someone who demonstrates exceptional business judgment and character traits.

Exceptional written and oral presentation skills and negotiation skills.

MBA or Master’s in Real Estate/Finance

Minimum 5+ years of broad based experience in all aspects of capital raising

Must have a thorough understanding of capital raises for companies, complex debt/equity structures, and deal structuring and negotiating.

Raising capital for various types of real estate acquisition and development transactions.  These may include single property deals, multi-property portfolios, and discretionary real estate funds.
