Maintenance Technician

Position description:

• Assist the Service Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Report any maintenance problems to the supervisor.
• Assist supervisor in controlling expenses.
• Participate in an ongoing community maintenance and improvement plan.
• Follow up on service requests to assure the highest quality customer satisfaction, and all other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

• High School graduate; technical school preferred but not required
• HVAC Certification

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
• Previous maintenance experience, prefer some prior apartment maintenance experience

Responsible for assisting the Community Manager and the Service Supervisor in all areas. Specific duties will be assigned under the direct supervision of the Service Supervisor. General areas of responsibility

are: 

• Assisting in the achievement of the Community's annual budget plan
• On‑site maintenance functions
• Physical condition of the Community
• Upholding all Company policies, goals and the Company values related to customer service.
